Veo camera app iPhone or Android

Question – Have you found the Veo App to be most stable in Android or iOS? I have access to both types of phones, which has the fewest problems? I have an Android and my wife has an iPhone. Is it okay to have the Veo app installed on multiple phones for the same camera?

I use the iPhone app. The iOS app came out first and has more users overall so I imagine they give iOS priority in terms of features and development, don’t know that for a fact.

However, I am a member of the Beta group so I have a test version of the iOS app that has new features that Veo is testing out. They do push new features to the iPhone app faster it seems than the Android app.

Yes, you can install the Veo app on multiple phones or devices. I have the Veo app on my phone, my wife’s phone, and my kids phone. So whomever is at the game is able to start and stop recording. You do need to be logged into the app in order to be able to start and stop the recording. This is important because it used to be that anyone who had the Veo app could connect and record for you.

So for example, if you were the coach you could have a team parent install the app and run the camera. You can still do that but the person connecting to your camera needs to be a part of your team and be logged into the app. Otherwise they won’t be able to start/stop recording and streaming for you. This is so that teams cant accidentally stop the recording on another teams camera.
