Hudl Focus Flex footage can be watched in your browser or in an app. We ran into Hudl at the United Soccer Coaches convention and they gave us a demo of how the games your record with the Hudl camera can be watched back in the app.

When you’re watching you can markup the game, draw on the screen for important parts of the game you want to highlight. They also showed how you can show a left and a right view of the field in the app. Typically you see a view where the camera follows the ball but this also gives you the chance to have a fixed view of each side of the field. In this case you see the players on that half, no matter where the ball is.

They also showed how you can leave comments on certain parts of the game. This is a helpful tool for soccer coaches who record the game and can review and help their players learn from their mistakes in the game.
