The Inseego MiFi M2000 has livestreamed over 100 soccer games for our teams in Phoenix, Orlando, Vegas, Omaha, St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City, Wichita, Des Moines, and Denver. We’ve used the 5G hotspot to stream live games and to upload many Gigs of game footage to the cloud. The battery life, strength of connection, and speed of service with T-Mobile has been great for us.
Veo Camera Inseego MiFi M2000 Hotspot 5G
When Veo first announced livestreaming with their soccer camera our first question was how to get a strong and reliable enough connection to stream live soccer? We started off using a SIM card in the Veo camera but quickly switched to using this Inseego M2000 and haven’t looked back since. Teams around the MidWest rely on us to livestream their high level soccer games as players travel between Omaha, St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City, Wichita, Des Moines, and Denver but the families can’t always make the trip.
We use this 5G hotspot to stream the games so families and coaches back home can watch live and this winter we’ve tested it out on the West coast in Phoenix & Vegas and also down in Orlando. The battery life on the device is great, enough to stream multiple games on one charge.
In addition to streaming soccer we also use the Inseego MiFi hotspot to upload games from the Veo camera to the cloud when we’re on the road from our hotel room. The video below shows how we use the hotspot to livestream our games and this video shows how we upload over the hotspot.
